On the first of the month, a limited number of permits will be available for walk-in customers at the garages. In order to finalize your reservation, you must pay for the permit at the garage manager’s office no later than the first day of the permit month that you are applying for. Obtaining a reservation does not guarantee that a parking permit will be issued.

Reservations open on the website five days before the first of the month at 10 am. The Parking Reservation System (PRS) website allows the public to reserve parking spaces at municipal garages in NYC.
Parking after posted hours may result in a summons and leaves the vehicle at risk as there is no security at the closed facilities. The fields close as shown in the posted regulations for each facility. Municipal parking fields do not allow overnight parking.
